New this winter, Adventure Base will be launching the Kinkerne hotel and bar located at the base of the Prodain lift, Morzine.

The small charismatic hotel will provide authentic French accommodation in five double or family rooms and one two-bed apartment. Two small Mazots [mini chalets] are located around the corner from the hotel bringing the total capacity of the establishment to 18 beds. The rooms will be served on a half board basis this winter, providing clients with a no hassle base for their ski adventures.

The new Prodain ski lift, located just 150 metres from the Kinkerne hotel, is one of the Porte de Soleil's newest and faster lifts. It has the capacity to carry 2500 skiers per hour to the high altitude skiing of Avoriaz.

You can ski right back to the Kinkerne via the Coupe du Monde home run as well as some of the best off piste routes in the Portes du Soleil – making. Those learning to ski, or with young families, will also be happy to find the beginner slope right next to the Kinkerne bar, allowing a safe introduction to the mountains.

The restaurant and bar will be open to the public from 8 AM – 2 AM. Locally sourced coffee & home baked cakes will be available all day. Lunch will be served from 12 :00 – 15 :00 with a focus on traditional Savoyard lunch menu along with a few home comforts. Apres ski will kick off at 4pm with live bands, DJ sets and some 'Open Tune' Spotify sessions. Food will continue to be served all the way through until 10pm.
