Adina Apartment Hotel Bondi has proved it is the top hotel on our nation's most famous beach after securing #1 place on TripAdvisor and a UK award for Best Architecture and External Design.
The hotel forms part of Adina's Bondi Boheme, the glamorous 33,000 sqm retail and residential complex that transformed Hall Street into a hip locale only a short walk from the beachfront in 2013.
People on TripAdvisor describe the apartment hotel as a “Rock star location in Bondi punching above its weight” and a “home away from home at Bondi Beach”.

Owners Toga Group and designers Bates Smart won Best Architecture/External Design at the Serviced Apartment Awards in London, organised by Serviced Apartment News. The awards attracted 200 entries from around the world in 15 categories.
Judges said the hotel design was “a sympathetic yet striking structure that instilled new life and a new demographic into the area. The design is unfailingly contemporary, yet elements such as the curvaceous form of the tower and the pigmented precast panels capture the essence of Bondi.”
The hotel was also shortlisted for Best Interior Design, with judges saying it displays “bold and varied use of natural materials, which cleverly contrasts with the contemporary design of the building.”
The design takes cues from Hall Street's heritage and local artists, paying homage to the Aboriginal meaning of Bondi, “water breaking over rocks”. Its interior sand and ocean tones create a calming space in timber features, a pastel colour palette and exposed sandstone feature-walls.
Bondi's famous lifestyle is literally on the doorstep of this hotel, where push bikes are on hand for guests to explore the area and a hotel lift opens directly to the Lower Ground shopping precinct where Harris Farm Markets, Bills by Bill Grainger, Messina Ice cream, A Tavola and Pasticceria Papas provide a dining journey for dining out or eating in.
Facilities allow travellers to combine business with leisure while families and groups are catered for with fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes and laundries in the 111 apartments and studios, which can be interconnected. Room 210 has two bedrooms and spans 72sqm with a large balcony for entertaining that doubles as an event space to entertain friends or clients.
