Le Cordon Bleu Australia is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Adelaide Review Hot 100 South Australian Wines for 2013.
This is the third year of the partnership between the Adelaide Review and Le Cordon Bleu Australia.
The Hot 100 now in its 7th year is embarking on the journey to find the best drinking wines in South Australia for 2013 with one to be crowned South Australia's best at the Intercontinental Hotel in November. This innovative competition celebrates the diversity of South Australian wineries and wine makers and is open to both professional winemakers and amateurs.
As a major sponsor, Le Cordon Bleu will present the Best Aromatic light to medium bodied white wines with texture award for 2013. Eighteen esteemed judges including Mike Bennie, wine journalist for Gourmet Traveller and The Wine Front and Necia Wilden, Food Editor, Weekend A Plus and Personal Oz, The Australian attend a blind tasting to select both the winners of the individual categories and the top ten finalists, with the eventual winner named South Australia's most drinkable and best wine for 2013.
