Jakarta, January 20, 2009 � Accor Group, the largest international hotel management company in Indonesia, announced today that it has signed five new management contracts. Accor Indonesia will add another five hotels under the Mercure and Novotel hotel brands. With the five new projects under development, Accor further confirms its position as the leading hotel operator leader in the Indonesia.

The five new hotels to join the Indonesian network are: Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, will be a new 230 room�s hotel located on the crossroads between Chinatown and the old city centre of Batavia, and is only 5 minutes from the bustling CBD of Jakarta. Located on the main arterial link between the CBD, Central Train Station and Sunda Kelapa port, the four star hotel is ideally situated for both business travellers and holiday makers. The hotel facilities include lobby lounge, restaurant and bar, business centre, ballrooms and meeting rooms, swimming pool, health club and spa.

Novotel Manado, surrounded by the nearby mountains, comprises 152 rooms and 24 serviced apartments in the capital city of North Sulawesi province and one of Indonesia�s key tourist destinations. This hotel is part of an integrated development with Manado�s largest convention hall and leading golf course. The hotel can be reached in only 10 minutes from the international airport and it will equip its convention rooms with state of the art facilities.

Novotel Tangerang (230 rooms) opening in Tangerang City Center and is part of a mixed-use development comprising shopping malls and residential apartments. Approximately 20 km west of Jakarta and 15-minute drive from Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Tangerang City is an industrial and manufacturing hub of Jakarta.

Novotel Bangka, Novotel Bangka, a brand new hotel on the tranquil tropical island of Bangka off the east coast of Sumatera, offering 150 accommodation rooms as well as comprehensive leisure and event facilities. Located in the largest town on the island (Pangkal Pinang City), the airport and city center is only minutes away from the hotel. Novotel Bangka will mark Accor�s first foray to this stunning island. .

Mercure Solo (160 rooms) situated in the new shopping precinct of Solo and just a few minutes away from the CBD, train station and local attractions. The hotel facilities include a restaurant and lounge bar, conference and meeting rooms, swimming pool, health club and spa. Scheduled to open in 2010, Mercure Solo will be Solo�s third Accor hotel joining the Novotel Solo and Ibis Solo.
