Over 1400 hotels in the global Accor network – including over 130 in Australia and New Zealand – are offering a third night free of charge in a 'Stay 3 Pay 2' promotion.

Sydney, Melbourne, Port Douglas, Bunker Bay are just some of the city and resort destinations covered by the sale, which starts 24 March 2015 and runs until 14 April 2015.

In Australia, rates start from as low as $69 a night at ibis Styles Cairns. Accor's newest Melbourne property, Pullman on the Park has rates starting from $126 per night. For those looking to stay central in the Harbour city, Mercure Sydney is offering rates from $139 a night. The Sebel Noosa on the Sunshine Coast has rates starting from $199 or for those wanting to enjoy a stay in one of the most talked about hotels to open in the South Australian capital, the new ibis Adelaide has rates from as little as $86 a night (rates averaged over three nights).

Those seeking to head overseas can take advantage of great rates at Novotel Christchurch from $185 a night or at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa from $268 a night.

Accor's brands – Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, The Sebel Apartments, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis – are all included in the sale.

To be eligible, bookings of three consecutive nights (exactly) need to be made through www.accorhotels.com before 14 April 2015 for stays from 31 March 2015 to 31 May 2015, at participating hotels and resorts. No changes or cancellations can be made after the booking is completed.
