Accor is proud to announce it is the Official Sponsor & Hotel Partner of Swimming Australia after signing on to an additional two-year sponsorship deal, extending its association with the organisation to over 10 years.

Under the terms of the two-year contract, Swimming Australia including staff, athletes and executives will stay at Accor hotels across Australia and athletes will have the opportunity to stay at various Accor events throughout the year.

Accor's hotel brands cover the full spectrum from 5-star Sofitel and Pullman hotels, through to MGallery, Novotel, The Sebel, Mercure and Ibis. The Swimming Australia team will have full access to all of Accor's brands throughout Australia.

Accor Pacific Chief Operating Office, Simon McGrath, said “We are extremely pleased to have signed on to a two-year sponsorship deal with Swimming Australia, which will see our association with the team hit a 10 year milestone.

Swimming Australia CEO Mark Anderson said Swimming Australia was a dynamic organisation with regular travel commitments and the partnership was a perfect fit.

“Travel plays a major role from year to year for Swimming Australia with the Australian Dolphins Swim Team, coaches, staff and executives regularly requiring accommodation both domestically and internationally for events.

This partnership gives the Swimming Australia team full access to a wide range of Accor's hotels Australia wide,” Anderson said.
