ABTA/OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING (OFT) ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN. CODE OF CONDUCT GUIDANCE: LEGAL IDENTITY. Members should note that when publishing a brochure, they should clearly state their full legal identity. This will be the full company name, or the names of the partners or proprietor of the business. This is a requirement of paragraph 2 of ABTA's Standards on Brochures which form part of the Code of Conduct.
