Absolute Fit Food, like Absolute Sanctuary, is owned and operated by Absolute Yoga Group. It is the first in Thailand and Asia to offer food that is truly Healthy yet Gourmet, Delicious and Convenient. It is testament to the fact that healthy food can be delicious, gourmet quality, satisfying and not necessarily limited to vegetarian or bland food.At Absolute Fit Food, the emphasis is on the use of carefully selected ingredients such as Superfoods, Wholefoods, Organic Rice, Hormone-Free Meats and Ocean-caught fish. The Love Kitchen at ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY, thrice nominated for Best Spa Cuisine of the Year by Asia Spa, has carefully selected the best of Absolute Fit Food to be introduced in its Superfoods Menu where guests will be treated to a burst of flavors.

The Superfoods menu will feature an international array of flavors to suit different palates such as its Absolute Quinoa Paella, Larb Salmon, and Tandoori Chicken with Quinoa Cous Cous, Teriyaki Chicken with Soba, 3 Bean Quinoa Salad, Slim Quinoa Porridge and Absolute Kiwi pudding. Each dish features unique ingredients such as Superfoods like Quinoa, Goji Berries or Spelt Flour and all dressings and sauces are homemade such as its Caesar Dressing made from Chia seeds and Yoghurt.

To celebrate the launch The Love Kitchen will be offering a 20% discount on its Superfoods menu till the end of July. Available throughout the day, ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY has its sights set on bringing the dining scene in Koh Samui to a new level.

Established in 2002, ABSOLUTE YOGA is now the largest yoga studio group in Thailand, with eight yoga centers nationwide.  In 2010, the group opened Absolute Pilates, launching the first large group Pilates reformer studios in Thailand and further expanded it to private Pilates classes with the introduction of Absolute Pilates Plus in 2011.

Opened on 1st April 2008, the resort is growing in popularity not only as a destination for detox and yoga holidays in Thailand but also as a yoga teacher training and retreat center. In December 2008, the resort was awarded the Best Themed Resort award by SKAL International (Koh Samui).
