A Top Notch Self-Drive Tour Of Namibia – In A Bubble

 Whilst definitely a luxury, high end offering, this 12-day self-drive itinerary ticks all the boxes for the seasoned traveller looking to explore the wonderful desert scenery and wildlife of Namibia but with an eye on social distancing.

All the major highlights of Namibia are covered: Sossusvlei, Dead Vlei, Swakopmund, Damaraland, and south and east Etosha National Park for the best wildlife viewing in Namibia. The difference is, the lucky guests will stay in excellent accommodation which is perfectly suitable for Covid-cautious clients.

In Windhoek, they have an ultra-modern Olive Exclusive suite where staff will deliver dishes to the door. The same service is also available for Desert Whisper, Mowani Camp and Villa Mushara where meals are also brought to the rooms (or they can choose to dine in the restaurants: the choice is theirs).

In Swakopmund, they can use the kitchen of their private apartment to cater for themselves or we can organise grocery deliveries for them.

At Etosha Heights they will have the security of their own Safari House with private guide and chef: the nearby hide will also reveal some of fascinating wildlife which inhabits the private reserve.

When traversing the whole of Etosha park from south to east, they enjoy a full day of self-drive game viewing before arriving at their next lodge, Villa Mushara, from where they can explore the park's eastern side – with a private guide and vehicle during this stay – for incredible wildlife viewing which can include elephant, giraffe, zebra, rhino and lion, as well as many avian species such as kori bustard and secretary bird.

If the clients don't wish to drive themselves, we can organise (at extra cost) a Covid-negative private guide/driver to accompany them right the way through and act as their private, personal wildlife and culture guide.
