Coinciding with the Chelsea Flower Show (15th-24th May) the Terrace, dotted with beautiful blooms and charming decor offers a sophisticated space to raise a glass of the acclaimed sparkling wine from Maison Pommery & Associés - official sparkling wine of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Or enjoy a bespoke Louis Pommery England cocktail which includes honey from the St Ermin's third-floor Bee Terrace - a sanctuary for pollinators.

The collaboration continues beyond the Terrace with an exquisite new Afternoon Tea, featuring fruits and botanics from the Hotel's own, thriving Roof Kitchen Garden and includes a limited edition champagne pastry, with beautiful floral theming – all to be enjoyed with a glass of Louis Pommery England in the stunning Tea Lounge: With original Rocco plasterwork, dazzling chandeliers and beautifully curated, eclectic interiors the St Ermin's offers a sense of occasion from the moment guests arrive at the foot of its sweeping staircase.

In addition, every Wednesday, a 'Taste of St Ermin's' wine hour, curated by the Head Chef will take place.
