Just 35 minutes from Utah's Salt Lake City international airport, the ski town of Park City www.visitparkcity.com , home to two world class ski resorts, continues to build its stature as a premier wintersports destination.
This winter getting to the slopes has become considerably easier with the launch of Delta's non stop flight from London Heathrow direct to Salt Lake City. Until now, the flight operated during the summer months but is now year round. In addition. a brand new Salt Lake City airport will open in September 2020. The new airport, adjacent to the existing structire is a $2 billion development.

In the summer, outdoor activities such as MTB and BMX take the place of snowsports Woodward offers indoor pursuits year round including trampolining, skateboard, parkour and so much more.
However, Woodward isn't completely fuelled by adrenalin. For a simple and relatively gentle pleasure that anyone can enjoy, downhill tubing on the snow is always fun for all the family.
Park City's award winning resort, Deer Valley, will host - for the 22nd,year - the Aerials, Moguls and Double Moguls Skiing World Cup event from February 6th – 8th All competitions will be held at night under floodlighs on the same runs used in the 2002 Winter Olympics. These exciting three days of fierce competion from the best freestylers in the world, draws vast crowds who come for the action and to party. Entrance is free to all events, enticing as many as 30,000 fans each evening. Snow conditions are excellent, with a base of 65 inches/165 cm, just perfect for the competitors and the cheering crowds.
