A fresh take on the classic motel, HotelMOTEL has undergone an extensive renovation and design by Studio Nine Architects, and behind each orange door is a stylish and comfortable room with plush beds, matte black finishes and navy and terracotta accents.
The second offering in the South Terrace Precinct in Adelaide, each of the 61 guest rooms feature all the luxuries you'd expect to find in a hotel; a mini bar, free Wi-Fi, espresso machine with complimentary coffee pods, Thankyou bathroom amenities, smart TV (so you can Netflix and chill) and hairdryer.
Located on the southern edge of the city centre and opposite Adelaide Park, HotelMOTEL is framed by parklands and gardens and is the perfect base to explore all Adelaide and its surrounds have to offer, including the Adelaide Hills, Rundle Mall, Adelaide Central Market, South Parklands, Adelaide Convention Centre and more.

With options for solo and couple travellers, along with families, guests can drive up for contactless check in via the HotelMOTEL intellity app, a unique offering for a motel. Once checked in, guests can order their favourite share plates and burgers through the app, for in-room dining that is packed with flavour and delivered 'takeaway' style to the motel door.
To unofficially celebrate the opening, HotelMOTEL is inviting guests to be their mate and enjoy exclusive HotelMOTEL MatesRATES – at $99 per night for Priority Guest Rewards (PGR) members. The transformation of HotelMOTEL comes in phase two of an extensive 12-month rebranding and redevelopment project Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited are undertaking across the three South Terrace Adelaide properties as part of the management agreement.
The third stage of the development will see the transformation of The Chifley Hotel, which will include a poolside destination for guests, including restaurant and bar. Upon completion of HotelMOTEL guests will be able to use all integrated services of the South Terrace Precinct, creating an exciting mixed hotel offer.
