T�ang Court is set to sparkle brighter than usual with its six-course tasting menu. Prepared by two-Michelin starred Chef Siu, this menu has been created to perfectly compliment Laurent-Perrier Brut N.V Champagne and features some of T�ang Court�s signature dishes. T�ang Court�s Bubbly Month menu is priced at HK $950 per person and includes a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut N.V per couple. Valid for dinner only, Monday to Saturday.

The Bostonian has a wonderful treat planned; the aptly named Oysters and Pearls, offers guests the chance to enjoy half a dozen of the very finest Bistro Oysters, whilst indulging in unlimited Laurent-Perrier Brut N.V. Oysters and Pearls are priced at HK $428 per person. Valid for dinner only, Monday to Sunday.

Palm Court will be holding a Champagne Cocktail making competition on July 24. Bring a group of friends and enjoy a sparkling contest as you fight to be crowned the Champagne cocktail King or Queen. Upon arrival at Palm Court guests can indulge in Champagne and Canap�s before the battle begins. For the competition, the bar will be lined with a choice of juices and liqueurs, to offer some creative assistance, as guests fight to create the most original and delicious Champagne cocktail possible. Judged by the hotels beverage manager, Matthew Chan, the winner will walk away with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut N.V and have their cocktail served as the signature drink in Palm Court, for the month of August. Recently voted �Hong Kong�s hottest buffet� L�Eclipse will have its usual impressive buffet offering, however for Bubbly Month guests can also add an unlimited pouring of Laurent-Perrier Brut N.V to their buffet experience. Bubbly Buffet is priced at just HK $628 per person Monday to Thursday and HK $688 per person Friday to Sunday, dinner only. Valid for dinner only, Monday to Sunday.
