Palm Court will be holding a Champagne Cocktail making competition on July 24. Bring a group of friends and enjoy a sparkling contest as you fight to be crowned the Champagne cocktail King or Queen. For the competition, the bar will be lined with a choice of juices and liqueurs, to offer some creative assistance, as guests fight to create the most original and delicious Champagne cocktail possible. Judged by the hotels beverage manager, Matthew Chan, the winner will walk away with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut N.V and have their cocktail served as the signature drink in Palm Court, for the month of August.
