In celebration of Father's Day, InterContinental Hong Kong is delighted to collaborate with Maserati to present a “Maserati Father's Day”, with Maserati offering an exclusive weekend driving experience with the Italian race-bred to InterContinental Hong Kong's restaurant patrons who spend HK$16,000 net or more on June 16 or 17 at the hotel's celebrated restaurants.

Maserati Italian Race-bred Weekend Test Driving Experience: Terms & Conditions
- The privilege will be offered to InterContinental Hong Kong restaurant patrons who spent HK$16,000 (net) or above per bill on either June 16 or 17 (with one designated guest entitled to a test drive per qualifying bill that reaches HK$16,000 net or above). Qualifying restaurant patrons (one per bill) will be presented with an invitation letter from Maserati after they complete a registration form while settling the bill (at Rech by Alain Ducasse, THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill, NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong, Yan Toh Heen or Harbourside).
- The registered driver for the test drive must be between the ages of 28-70 and with a valid driving license in Hong Kong for no less than 2 years consecutively without discontinuation.
- The offer is applicable for the card-holder who settles the bill OR the card-holder's designated family member (whose name and contact details are submitted on the day), and is non–transferable after the submission of the registration form on June 16 or 17.
- Maserati will offer 2 months' redemption period to the qualified restaurant patron to redeem the test drive experience (with the appointments and logistics arranged directly with Maserati).
- The weekend test driving experience is provided by Maserati who shall be solely responsible for all or any claims, disputes or complaints arising from the test driving experience, and shall promptly and properly resolve them with the restaurant patron or the registered driver directly. Father's Day Champagne Brunch
Looking for a spectacular Father's Day Champagne Brunch with stunning harbourviews?
At Harbourside, free-flowing Perrier-Joüet Champagne, beer, wine, soft drinks and a fresh pressed Juice Bar (with all kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables which can be blended/juiced à la minute) and Bloody Mary Bar and Liquid Nitrogen Sorbet Cocktails are just the start of Hong Kong's most elaborate Father's Day Sunday Brunch, with hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi and a selection of chilled seafood including lobster.
Enjoy dishes prepared à la minute at “action stations” featuring freshly made pasta, eggs and foie gras. The carving station will feature Honey Glazed Pork Ham with Pineapple, Roasted Whole Snapper with XO Sauce and Slow Roasted Australian Beef Leg with Yorkshire Pudding. There will also be a range of Asian dishes including Steamed Garoupa with Spring Onion, Ginger and Soya Broth, Ginseng Stew Goose Web with Shitake and Eryngii (king trumpet mushrooms), Crab Meat Soup with Bird Nest. Other special items include Creamy Drunken Mussels, Baked Mornay Oysters, Scallop Thermidor and Grilled Lamb Rack with Peach and Mint Salsa and Braised Beef Cheek with Red Wine and Mushrooms.
The buffet also includes a Charcuterie Selection with Iberico, Spanish and Italian Ham and salami and 12 types of premium cheese from France, Spanish and Italy.
End on a decadent note with our indulgent dessert buffet with crepes made-to-order, a Chocolate Fountain, Belgian Waffles, Mango Sticky Rice, our Signature XXL Napoleon, plus an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes.

Harbourside' s elaborate Dinner Buffet features hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi, an abundant selection of chilled seafood including lobster, yabbies, crab, clams, mussels and prawns.
On Father's Day there will also be an enticing selection of selection of Asian and international dishes including Steamed Garoupa with Spring Onion, Ginger and Soya Broth, Ginseng Stew Goose Web with Shitake and Eryngii (king trumpet mushrooms), Stewed Mussels Marinara, Pan-seared Turbot with Braise Orange Fennel and Herb Crumbled Lamb Rack with Tomato Sauce.
Watch our chefs in action preparing a rotating selection of à la minute items including Tempura, Foie Gras and steamed seafood. The carving station will feature Roasted US Beef Rib Eye.
The elaborate dessert buffet includes over 45 different international selections, plus a chocolate fountain and hot soufflés made à la minute.

Spend a relaxing Father's Day over a French seafood lunch at our 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse over a 5-course set menu with a seafood sampler, choice of appetiser, main course and dessert, plus Rech's famous Camembert.
The Rech Weekend Lunch is also available on Saturday, June 16th. In addition to the 5-course menu, you can order Rech's fresh oysters from Brittany (per half dozen).
The unlimited wine pairing is HK$388 per person. Alternatively select from our sommelier's choice of wines by the glass for just HK$88 each.

Every Saturday and Sunday, our popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill offers a Semi-buffet Weekend Lunch showcasing the finest meat, freshly seared on the charcoal grill. Begin the meal with the elaborate Salad Bar, followed by Lobster Bisque with vegetables. Next choose one of eight main courses prepared à la minute on the charcoal grill, served with creamy layered potatoes, grilled asparagus and braised tomato with black garlic. All main courses on June 16 & 17 are served with a Lobster Tail.
Save room for the tempting dessert buffet, which features a decadent selection. Also included are free-flowing Perrier-Joüet Champagne and red wine, plus a selection of homemade milkshakes, juices and non-alcoholic beverages.

This is followed by Double Boiled Chinese Cabbage with Yunnan Ham and Black Chicken; Wok-fried Prawn and Scallop with Crunchy Vegetables. This is followed by Wok-fried Pork with Green Peppers and Garlic and then Inaniwa Noodles with Vegetables in Tomato Broth. For dessert, Sweetened Taro and Black Glutinous Rice and Walnut Pastry.

inclusive of Yan Toh Heen Superior Dumplings (Steamed Scallop with Black Truffle & Vegetable Dumpling, Steamed Lobster Dumpling with Bird's Nest and Gold Leaf and Steamed King Crab Leg Dumpling with Green Vegetables).
