To express gratitude for the continued support of esteemed corporate/MICE clients and event organisers, an appreciation dinner with the theme of "A Glittering Night at Hyatt" was held yesterday, 22 August 2013, at the Regency Ballroom of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.  More than 100 guests participated in the event.

During the pre-dinner cocktail reception, guests were invited to sample specially prepared canapés and cocktails, as well as visiting guestrooms and salons with a meeting or private dining setup. The entertainment booths, featuring tarot card reading, message card reading and body painting, were also well-received.

As for the dinner, our chefs crafted a four-course "East Meets West" menu to delight the palates of guests with the new and unique "Personal Preference Programme", which allows guests to choose their own main course in a banquet setting.  While enjoying the delicious delicacies, guests enjoyed fun-filled moments in the exciting game session and a lucky draw.  Last but not least, the Best Costume Awards were presented to two of the guests for their outstanding, glamorous outfits.

Mr Xavier Pech, general manager of the hotel, said "This appreciation dinner is a very good occasion for us to thank our clients for their continued support throughout the year.  Most importantly, we are pleased to take this opportunity to introduce them with our newly launched banquet concept which is the first-ever for us to integrate the a la carte food service model of restaurants into an event venue.  We believe this brand-new initiative allows us to provide better food service for guests' satisfaction, offering an option designed to satisfy individual tastes and preference, which is similar to the dining experience at a restaurant."
