Antipasto: Cold Cut Platter - An assortment of cheeses, including Blue Pecorino, Moliterno Pecorino, and Dolcesardo Arborea, accompanied by dried Sardinian sausage, Seasoned pig cheek, Sheep ham, Mustela, Wild boar salami, and Villagrande ham, served with figs from Chia, prickly pear jam, and homemade pickles, on traditional Sardinian bread.
First Course: Culurgiones al Pomodorino di Pula - Traditional Sardinian pasta generously filled with potatoes and mint, topped with fresh tomatoes sourced from Pula together with Fregola Ragu Bianco di Agnello e Carciofi – handmade pasta grains served with a delicious lamb sauce and artichokes.
Main Course: Roast Suckling Pig, cooked to perfection on a spit, served with a medley of local vegetables.
Dessert: An indulgent trio of Sardinian sweets, featuring Seada, a delightful fried Sardinian cheese drizzled with honey; Sardinian Amaretti, an almond-flavoured treat; and Pardula, a pastry filled with creamy ricotta cheese.
To complete the feast, which has weekly menu changes, the berry-fuelled Mirto liqueur is the must have Sardinian digestivo, adding a perfect finishing touch to this exquisite Sardinian experience.
