Celebrate Deepavali, the festival of lights, with an equally triumphant and delightful spread of authentic Indian cuisine during lunch and dinner at StraitsKitchen on 1st and 2nd November, presented by Chef de Cuisine Kishore Solanki. 

 

Hailing from the city of Rajasthan in India, Chef Solanki arrived in Singapore over 30 years ago and has been firing the tandoor ovens and perfecting the intricate flavours of Indian cuisine at Grand Hyatt Singapore for the past 16 years.  

 

In addition to the ever popular full buffet spread across all show kitchens, special highlights from this festive buffet only available during lunch and dinner on 1st and 2nd November include:

StraitsKitchen will offer the Deepavali buffet during lunch and dinner respectively at 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.  Priced at SGD54++ (adult) and SGD29++ (child) for lunch, and SGD68++ (adult) and SGD36++ (child) for dinner including free-flowing selected juices, tea tarik and coffee tarik.  A selection of these special Indian dishes will also be available during dinner until 7 November.
