New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is presenting a delicious range of dining options in celebration of Mother's Day on 9 May 2021. Mothers will be pampered in style with specially curated menus at the hotel's restaurants, to be enjoyed with the whole family.

Café East
Café East's Mother's Day dinner buffet will be filled with seafood specialties, sweets and treats. Guests can start with seafood on ice, including Boston lobster, snow crab legs, edible crabs and mussels, followed by a deluxe sashimi selection, with sweet shrimps, Hokkaido scallop, yellowtail and geoduck, as well as sizzling hot dishes, like double-boiled monkey head mushroom with sea conch and black silkie chicken soup, baked Boston lobster with champagne cheese sauce, wok-fried Thai-style fresh green pepper jumbo crab, steamed eel with garlic black bean sauce and much more. Brighten her day with sweet treats such as doubled-boiled bird's nest with coconut juice or coconut milk pudding with peach resin. The Mother's Day Buffet will be available on 8 and 9 May 2021, with the lunch buffet priced at HKD468 for adults and HKD328 for children (3 to 11 years old), afternoon tea buffet at HKD388 for adults and HKD238 for children, and dinner buffet at HKD698 for adults and HKD468 for children.

Tao Li
Overlooking the spectacular Victoria Harbour, Tao Li will be offering a range of Mother's Day-themed dim sum on 9 May 2021. Specialties include conpoy dumpling with bamboo pith and whole abalone in supreme soup; steamed shrimp dumplings with asparagus, crab coral and gold leaf; steamed stuffed apple cucumber with minced shrimp, conpoy, crab roe, bird's nest and Chinese celery; baked milk custard buns with bird's nest; deep-fried spring rolls with shrimp, crabmeat, fresh milk and onion, and much more.

Specially designed dinner menus featuring authentic Cantonese delicacies are also on offer. Mother's Day dinner sets for 6 and 12 guests will be priced at HKD4,080 and HKD9,880 respectively.

Sagano
Sagano's Japanese Head Chef Noka Masahiko nicely crafts a seven-course Mother's Day Kaiseki dinner, priced at HKD1,400 per person, for all mothers who fancy Japanese fare on 9 May 2021. The set offers authentic Japanese specialities ranging from fresh bean curd skin with sea urchin, and grilled manganji peppers with slightly grilled conch as appetisers, followed by fatty tuna, striped jack and Botan shrimp sashimi, Japanese style steamed egg custard with abalone and prawn, grilled wagyu and kamo eggplants with miso paste. Included too are Zuwai crabmeat and Taraba crabmeat cutlet, assorted seafood on sushi rice, as well as seasonal fruit as dessert.
