On Thursday June 22, renowned celebrity chefs, Colin Fassnidge, George Calombaris and Luke Nguyen will host an exclusive cocktail party with a bespoke- designed menu at QT Sydney's luxe Gilt Lounge ahead of this year's Good Food & Wine Show, which kicks off on June 23 at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.

Guests will have the chance to meet and greet the three famous chefs and television personalities in a cocktail party setting and will be treated to a specially tailored menu that will showcase eight bespoke dishes inspired by the chefs exclusively for the event.

For budding home-cooks, the culinary stalwarts will also be conducting book signings throughout the evening.

Colin, George and Luke are three big names of this year's Good Food & Wine Show, an annual celebration of local and international culinary delights, with hands-on masterclasses, wine tastings and flavoursome foodie experiences.

Located on the second level of Gowings Bar & Grill at QT Sydney, Gilt Lounge's vibrant, sultry interior and bespoke furniture mirrors the diversity of the bar's ever-changing hand-crafted cocktail menu, making it the perfect setting to rub shoulders with some of Australia's favourite chefs over first-class fare.
