Dorchester Collection's contemporary Mayfair hotel, 45 Park Lane, has joined forces with Rolls-Royce to offer guests of the Penthouse Suite a spin in the luxury car manufacturer's newest model, Wraith. Guests booking the Penthouse Suite will be able to spirit away the Wraith for an exhilarating half day drive experience during their stay, available from 1 November 2013.
Guests of the Penthouse Suite at 45 Park Lane will be amongst the first in the world to take to the road in the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever built, making seeing the iconic sights of London all the more memorable. Recommended drives include the famous Mall to take in Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, on to Whitehall to skirt Big Ben finishing up along the Victoria Embankment to Tower Bridge. Keen car enthusiasts may prefer to open up the engine en route to Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection's luxury country house hotel in Ascot for lunch, a polo lesson or a spa day by the pool.
After a thrilling turn behind the wheel of the new motor car, guests will be welcomed back to 45 Park Lane to enjoy a special Wraith cocktail in Bar 45 mixed with ingredients that conjure the Wraith experience. A choice of three different varieties, or 'speeds', of Rémy Martin Cognac - VSOP, Coeur de Cognac and XO - offer degrees of intensity, flavour and finish. The addition of ginger which like the Wraith, has a natural tendency to make the hairs at the nape of the neck stand up, evokes the thrill of adrenaline.

Were he alive today, I'm sure he would delight in sharing a Wraith cocktail with fellow guests at 45 Park Lane and exchanging tales of adventures from behind the wheel."
Wraith is the latest model in Rolls-Royce's range of ultra-luxury models, and is the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever to have played host to the famous Spirit of Ecstasy figurine. The Wraith's fastback styling allows for a powerful drive, but at its heart lies the hallmark attributes of Rolls-Royce luxury, refinement and hand-craftsmanship.
45 Park Lane offers the pinnacle of luxury for its guests. With interiors by internationally acclaimed designer Thierry W. Despont awarded 'Best Hotel Suite in Europe' at the annual European Hospitality Awards in November 2012, the Penthouse Suite provides a smart, contemporary, central location from which to enjoy London. Accessed only by a key controlled lift the two-bedroomed Penthouse Suite covers the entire top floor of the hotel, and features a wraparound terrace with outdoor seating and panoramic views over London. An oval dining-room provides residents the opportunity to enjoy Wolfgang Puck's CUT menu in the comfort and privacy of their own suite.
The Wraith cocktail at Bar 45 starts at £16 for the Rémy Martin Cognac - VSOP, £25 with Coeur de Cognac, and £50 with XO. Rates for the Penthouse Suite at 45 Park Lane start from £7,194 including breakfast and VAT. Two Wraith cocktails are offered complimentary to guests at the Penthouse Suite.
