Dorchester Collection’s contemporary Mayfair hotel, 45 Park Lane, is turning the heat up for British summertime with new rooftop BBQ’s from legendary chef Wolfgang Puck for guests of the Penthouse Suite. Perched on the suite’s wraparound terrace looking out onto panoramic views over Hyde Park and many of London’s iconic sights, there is no more ideal place to kick back, soak up the sun, and savour fresh twists on BBQ staples served with style. 

 

With a private host on hand to handle every guest request, the outdoor event will serve delicious BBQ favourites cooked up by the hotel’s leading chefs.

 

The sizzling menu will offer BBQ favourites with a CUT twist such as BBQ Shrimp Poppers served with Jalapeno Honey, Beef Skewers with Thai Peanut Sauce and BBQ Chicken Wings with Spicy Honey Mustard.  Signature dishes by Chef Puck for the menu at CUT include Wagyu Beef Sliders and Spicy Tuna Tartar Cones.

 

BBQ’s can be arranged for lunch and dinner events and are only available to guests staying in the Penthouse Suite.

 

The Penthouse Suite spans over 170 square metres covering the entire top floor and is only accessible via a key-controlled lift, ensuring both privacy and security. It features two en-suite bedrooms, a dining room and living room, and a wraparound terrace with breath-taking panoramic views of the London Skyline. Sleek, stylish and contemporary, the art-deco style interiors combine rich dark natural materials with light colours and soft textures to create the ultimate “home away from home”.
