A small group of InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto and InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort corporate clients were recently invited to the inaugural ‘4 O’Clock Fridays” event at Bluestone Wine Bar, InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto.
Christine Bridge, Business Development Manager for InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort and Janine Davis, Business Development Manager at InterContinental Melbourne the Rialto have created a series of 4 O’Clock Fridays events as a fun way to engage with and thank clients for ongoing support and business.
“Our launch event was hosted by Milliner extraordinaire and Melbourne fashion stalwart Kerrie Stanley who provided some tips and tricks about how to look on trend for the current racing season,” said Christine.
“Our guests enjoyed a very entertaining afternoon while enjoying the hotel’s signature cocktail The Absolut Pear Garden and delicious new canape’s created by Executive Chef, Liam Nealon.
In keeping with InterContinental’s Insider Collection’s local theme guests also took away goody bags boasting an array of gifts including a bar of chocolate made by G'nache Chocolate which was created using honey made from the bees that are housed on the roof at InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto.
The team at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort and InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto plan to host their 4 O’Clock Fridays events every two months with the next one planned for December.
