20% off Star Clipper sailings in 'the happiest place in the world'

Specialist sailing company, Star Clippers, is offering 20% off selected Costa Rica sailings in December 2022 and January 2023, following the cruise line's announcement of the highly anticipated return to the eco-friendly destination.

Costa Rica, voted in 2021 as The Happy Planet Index's top scorer for happiness* based on wellbeing, life expectancy and ecological footprint, will play host to 166-capacity Star Clipper throughout the winter sailing season. Ports of call on the two differing 7-night sailings include Quepos, Bahia Potrero and Islas Tortugas, as well as San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua and Parida Island in Panama.

The offer, as a part of the cruise line's Early Booking Discount promise, is valid until 30th April 2022 and is applicable on three selected dates - 10th December 2022, 17th December 2022 and 7th January 2023. All other dates will offer a 10% discount, both combinable with repeat passenger discount.

Cruise-only prices start from £1,251pp based on a 7-night sailing, with 20% discount applied.

Star Clippers operates three of the world's largest and tallest fully-crewed sailing vessels. The ships can drop anchor in smaller harbours and visit ports often untouched by larger cruise ships and providing guests with the amenities and atmosphere of a private yacht.
