Guests can take their pick from a mouth-watering selection of specially curated pinsas, each topped with bold flavours and creative flair. The What a Jerk! pairs jerk-spiced chicken with grilled pineapple, plantain ketchup, pineapple sriracha and a drizzle of Japanese mayo. Another standout is the Swim Swim, a fresh combination of smoked salmon, red onion, crispy capers, dill cream cheese and citrus sour cream. For something heartier, the Beef Talkin' Pizza! delivers a punch with ssamjang-flavoured pulled beef, tenderstem broccoli, creamy burrata and a kick of hot honey chilli.

Vegetarian and vegan guests are equally spoiled for choice. The Say Hello to my Little Artichoke combines marinated artichoke, wilted spinach, courgette ribbons and pickled mint, while the Lean & Green features crushed chickpeas with red pepper, turmeric-roasted cauliflower and melty vegan cheese.

To round off the feast, sides include Savage Garden's signature fries, indulgent truffle parmesan fries or loaded fries topped with pulled beef and cheese.

For an additional sweet treat, Savage Garden's Guilty Pleasures can be added for an additional £6. The Pandan & Coconut is a warm, sweet pandan bun served with coconut ice-cream, raspberry sauce and crumple while the Le Frenchy Toast is a delightful pink french toast layered with mixed berry compote.

Expertly curated by head mixologist Alessandro Lintas, the spritz on offer are designed to elevate the brunch experience. A standout is the Ciao Bella, an invigorating blend of Tokubetsu Sake, Briottet Manzana Verde, Briottet basil, Franklin & Sons elderflower and cucumber, finished with a splash of Bottega Prosecco. For a non-alcoholic option, the Amore De Zio, features Lyre's Amaretti, Everleaf Forest and kombucha to deliver rich nutty with a botanical twist.
