Canal boat holiday specialists Black Prince have used all-time Facebook check-ins to find the most popular attractions outside of London. Theme park Thorpe Park made it to the number 1 spot with 962,774 check-ins.

Stonehenge came in second with 771,580 check-ins while the much-loved Chester Zoo made it to third place with 741,421 check-ins.

Also making it into the top 10 attractions are Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Legoland, Edinburgh Castle, Drayton Manor, Warwick Castle, Paultons Park and Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
