BREAKING. Simon Calder has joined The Telegraph. Here we go!

Simon needs no introduction to the travel industry. He is the David Attenborough of the airport. The Lionel Messi of holidays. The Martin Lewis of passport control.

And, quite excitingly, I will be co-hosting a new weekly travel podcast with Simon as of next Friday.

It is called 'The Travel Expert' and will cover everything travel. Advice, inspiration, discussion points, holiday tips, Q&As, you name it.

I've hosted three podcasts before but it's been a little while, so I'm personally buzzing to have this opportunity to wander the hills of audio-land once again.

I hope you join us on this new adventure. I am sure it'll take us to some weird and wonderful places.
